Prior to her role at Trimo, Viviane worked as Design and Marketing Manager for the Brick Development Association. She is also the founder of creative behavioural change enterprise, Wakeup Campaign; which combines business and design to stimulate change within social communities, companies and individuals.

Viviane said, “It was a pleasure to give a talk on women in construction. I really enjoyed meeting the students and giving valuable career advice to future industry professionals.”
