Pochin's bags two Reaseheath College contracts

The North West property and construction specialist has added two £3m+ projects to its education portfolio

Pochin’s Ltd, the North West property and construction specialist, has continued its long-standing relationship with agricultural learning centre, Reaseheath College, with the announcement of two new projects at the site in Nantwich, Cheshire. 

The work, totalling £6.5 million, includes the delivery of a 20,000 sq ft Agri-Tech Centre. The project also features a single-storey workshop block and neighbouring two-storey teaching block to include classrooms, a showroom/workshop and offices, alongside a specialist Plant Room. 

In addition to the Agri-Tech Centre, Pochin’s are set to deliver a 16,000 sq ft multi-purpose sports hall building, with space for up to five different sports courts and trampoline activities. It provides changing facilities for the college’s new 3G pitch, with new teaching areas including specialist sports science facilities.The sports hall has also been designed to cater for exams, presentations and community events. 

Ben Hunt, Head of Property at Reaseheath College, added: “We’ve built a reputation for state-of-the-art facilities that enable the very best education and technical provision for our students. We are confident Pochin’s has the knowledge and experience to ensure a high quality delivery and are excited to see the designs come to fruitition.” 

Work commences this month and is expected to complete in May 2018.
