Enter your school project for an Offsite Construction Award

The Offsite Construction Awards celebrate pioneering projects in the industry - enter before 28 August

There are just weeks left to enter this year's inaugural Offsite Construction Awards. The awards commend the most advanced, innovative and pioneering projects, products and people in the offsite construction industry.

Held on 7 October, at the NEC, Birmingham, the awards will take place as part of UK Construction Week - attracting national business leaders and high profile decision makers from across the offsite construction sector.

Award winners will be announced on 7 October

There is a vast range of sectors that span the offsite industry, which is reflected in the breadth of categories. Award categories incorporate specific building materials and systems, such as concrete, steel, timber and volumetric technology and encompass building sectors such as housing, commercial/retail, public sector schemes and varies infrastructure projects. 

Award categories:

  • Best Use of Concrete
  • Best Use of Steel
  • Best Use of Timber
  • Best Hybrid Construction Project
  • Best Use of Volumetric Technology
  • Best Use of MEP Prefabrication
  • Housing Project of the Year
  • Commercial/Retail Project of the Year
  • Public Sector Project of the Year
  • Infrastructure Project of the Year
  • Product Innovation Award
  • Offsite Professional of the Year

Entries to the awards close on 28 August 2015.

The awards will be judged by an independent panel of experts drawn from all four corners of the world of offsite manufacture and connected disciplines. The judges welcome a diverse range of examples of the use of offsite technology. The awards are open to public and private organisations and projects, which must be located in the UK and whose businesses, project or product is related to offsite manufacture.
