Wildfire Comms is committed to respecting the privacy of our website users and ensuring that the data of all our subscribers and customers is safeguarded. This privacy policy will explain how any personal data we collect from or, or you provide us with will be processed, along with why we collect it, how we use it and what to do if you would like to know more.

  • Visitors to the website
  • Customer service requests and email

What we collect

We will only collect information from you that is relevant to the matter that we are dealing with. We may collect the following information from which is defined as ‘personal data’:

We use third-party service Mailchimp, to process our subscribers.

The basis on which we process your personal data is one or more of the following:

  • It is in our legitimate interest to do so
  • You have given us your consent (this can be withdrawn at any time by advising our Data Protection Officer)

We do not share or sell any subscriber date to third parties for their use.

If you wish to unsubscribe at any time you may do by clicking the link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us by email on info@wildfirecomms.co.uk.

Please note that unsubscribing from one email will not unsubscribe you from any others that you may have signed up to. If you wish to unsubscribe from all email contact with us, please get in touch directly.

Our website

When someone visits our website, we use third party service, WordPress and Google Analytics. We use these services to collect visitor behavior patterns to see how our website is being used by you, the customer. In doing this, we hope to be able to identify areas where, if needed, we can improve the user experience. Any information that we collect will be processed in such a way that will not identify anyone.

Our website uses cookies to tell you apart from other users. The cookies will remember certain things about your visit to the site, so we can continue to improve your user experience, these include how you navigate the site and which pages you are visiting. We use Outlook to process any contact messages that come through our website. We may from time to time keep these emails after they have been actioned for future reference if we think they may be needed. We do not use any of this information in any other way than stated.

Information you have provided us with will be held securely. As stated, your personal details will not be passed to third parties unless it is to fulfill a service which has been requested by you. We endeavor to only use your personal information for the purposes mentioned above.

You can also request that we remove or delete any data relating to you on our systems. If you wish to do this, please contact us directly.
